QMS Development:

- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System.
- Provide Guidelines on usage of the QMS.

QMS Implementation:

- Rollout QMS processes and tools throughout the organization.
- Conduct the organization wide quality awareness programs at formal and informal levels.
- Develop Quality assurance programs, plans, policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Maintain Policies, processes, procedures, templates, checklists and other artifacts related to the PI Initiative.
- Identify and Evaluate tools to be used Organization wide ex: Project Management Tool and maintain information on tools used in the organization.

Assessment & Auditing:

- Facilitate process assessment.
- Audit Process adherence across the delivery organization.
- Collect organization wide metrics. Publish Quality dashboards to Senior Management.
- Develop the checklist for project rating / scoring with organizational quality norms.
- Able to generate the organizational process and quality compliance for each project.
- Collect and analyze measurement data.

Process Improvement:

- Responsible for Department level process improvement and coordinating the implementation of the PI Initiative within each Department.
- Maintain collaborative working relationships with engineers to plan and install new practices and technologies and update the QMS accordingly.
- Obtain and maintain Management support for process improvement.
- Conduct Monthly Meetings with Senior management to discuss Process improvements.

QMS Enhancement:

- Collect Process Improvements from the Implementers and update QMS accordingly.
- To identify new process improvement concepts, in both technology and management
- Implementation of New ideas, systems and processes across the organization.
- Improve the QMS based on the Best Practices of the projects.
- Arrange for any training or continuing education related to process improvements.
